• Message content — the text messages you send to and receive from our messaging program, so the service can respond to you and keep context.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate our services, including responding to your text messages and sending you the notifications you signed up for.
• To schedule and manage bookings and client work.
• To maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.

Automated message processing

Messages sent to our assistant messaging program are processed by automated systems, including artificial-intelligence services operated by third-party providers (such as Anthropic), to generate responses. These providers act as service providers (processors) on our behalf, are bound by their own confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes. Message delivery is handled by our messaging platform provider, Twilio.

SMS and mobile information

This section applies to any text messaging program operated by Hernando Media LLC, including our assistant messaging program.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or lead generators under any circumstances.
• Sharing limited information with subcontractors and service providers solely in support of delivering the service — such as our messaging platform (Twilio) and the automated processing providers described above — is permitted, and only for that purpose.
• You can opt out of any messaging program at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us operate the business (hosting, messaging delivery, automated message processing, scheduling, email), under terms that limit their use of your data to providing those services.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), in which case this policy continues to apply.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — to operate your messaging conversations, manage our client relationships, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data accordingly.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any message from us.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
